Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension and withholding of the Account Balance pending resolution.
Each individual Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on ok1971. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. ok1971 actively monitors for duplicate Accounts and will close any identified duplicates, forfeiting any associated Bonus Funds and, where fraud is suspected, withholding the Account Balance pending investigation.
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Players are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date. Any changes to personal information must be communicated to the ok1971 support team promptly. ok1971 cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay in processing arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information held by the Player.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. ok1971 strongly recommends that Players choose a strong, unique password and never share their login details with any third party.
ok1971 will never ask a Player to disclose their full password through any channel — including email, live chat, or phone. Any request purporting to come from ok1971 that asks for a Player's password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
Players must notify ok1971 support without delay if they suspect that their Account has been accessed without authorisation. ok1971 accepts no liability for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has delayed in reporting a suspected breach.
ok1971 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ok1971 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any payment method without prior notice.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set universally; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are advised to check with their payment provider if they wish to make large deposits.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Account. ok1971 processes withdrawal requests within standard business hours and aims to complete them within 24–72 hours, subject to verification requirements. ok1971 does not charge Player-side withdrawal fees, though individual payment providers may levy their own charges.
ok1971 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before a withdrawal is approved. ok1971 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of financial impropriety.
ok1971 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players should review these carefully before opting into any promotion.
ok1971 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple Accounts, using low-variance betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, or using automated tools to place bets. ok1971's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final and binding.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or credits that are not used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice or compensation.
All bets placed on the ok1971 platform are final once confirmed. Players should verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming any wager. ok1971 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where ok1971 has independently identified a manifest error.
ok1971 reserves the right to void any bet where: the outcome was determined prior to the bet being placed and the Player had prior knowledge of that outcome; the bet was placed on an event that had already been settled; a pricing or odds error occurred; or the integrity of the event is subject to a formal investigation by a sports governing body.
In the event of a technical failure that results in a game round or sporting event being suspended mid-play, ok1971 will endeavour to resolve all affected bets fairly and in accordance with the relevant game provider's or sports governing body's rules. ok1971's decision in such matters is final.

ok1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold the Account Balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the ok1971 support team. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
ok1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where the continued operation of the Account would present a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ok1971.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ok1971 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact the support team.
All content on the ok1971 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content — is the exclusive property of ok1971 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the ok1971 platform or its content without express prior written consent from ok1971.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok1971 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the ok1971 platform or its Services, even if ok1971 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ok1971's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ok1971 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or entirely free from technical interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occasionally result in temporary service unavailability. ok1971 will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.
ok1971 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on ok1971, Players consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ok1971 implements industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls to protect Player data. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to report any suspected security incidents to the support team immediately.
